A consulting client of mine in Cambridge has this position

Systems and Network Administrator: Full-time position.  

The successful candidate will maintain and support our server and
network infrastructure, including core services (SMTP/Postfix, 
DNS, DHCP, LDAP, etc.), web development environment (Apache, Cold
Fusion, PHP, PostgreSQL, CVS/VSS/Subversion, Flash Communication
Server, other apps and services), and network (Cisco router &
switches). The successful candidate will be responsible for
providing a solid, reliable, secure environment, for identifying
and implementing service improvements and upgrades, for assisting
senior web developers with special needs and advanced technical
issues, and for clearly communicating technical issues and
documenting work. This position involves occasional off-hours
work.

The successful candidate should have a BA/BS in computer science
or equivalent experience; 2 - 3 years experience administering
systems and supporting enterprise technical needs; a solid
understanding of networks and the ability to administer servers
in a predominantly UNIX (BSD, Debian, and OS X) environment;
familiarity with Windows 2003 Server; knowledge of a scripting
language such as Perl or Python; familiarity with good security
practices and the use of tools such as ssh; experience with open
source software; familiarity with Cisco routers; and familiarity
with and ability to administer SQL database software (PostgreSQL). 
The successful candidate must be able to lift and move 25 lb.
servers on 6 ft. racks. Familiarity with web design and development 
desirable. The successful candidate must have good written and
oral communication skills and excellent analytical problem
solving required, as well as ability to work in a collaborative
decision-making environment. The most important skill is an
excellent ability to "figure things out."
