[BBLISA] Any suggestions for Nortel/Norstar PBX phone systemsupport?

Actually, I was finally able to reach netversant, and found that when I
finally reached the guy who knows this phone system, he was very impressive.
Even knew the name of the secretary and the former IT manager here, so I am
again satisfied with them.   

Oh well.
