O'Reilly Answers is a community site for sharing knowledge, asking questions, and providing answers that brings together our customers, authors, editors, conference speakers, and Foo (Friends of O'Reilly). 
O’Reilly’s Safari Bookshelf provides online access to technical books from O’Reilly and other publishers. This is a subscription-based service, but O’Reilly User Group members (which BBLISA is) get their first 14 days free.

The Art Of Community is a new book being written by Jono Bacon, the Ubuntu Community Manager, which will be published by O'Reilly in 2009. The book will be available for purchase in print and will also be released online under a Creative Commons license. 
The O’Reilly School of Technology has officially opened its virtual doors with educational offerings for students looking to further or launch their IT careers, whether they aspire to become alpha geeks or not. The school is a unique partnership between O’Reilly Media and the University of Illinois.
Students can earn a Certificate for Professional Development from the University of Illinois Office of Continuing Education upon completion of a selected series of courses. Certificates are currently offered in Client-Side Web Programming, Linux/Unix System Administration, Web Programming, Open Source Programming, and .NET Programming.
