In a previous life we had two links at our office, where we had a small
datacenter - a Verizon FiOS Business line, and a Comcast Business line.

We used a RADware Linkproof to automatically fail between the links by
it being the DNS server, and when it detects a next-hop failure, doles
out the IP addresses of the other line. It worked, but the Linkproof was
a pain at times. Might be better solutions out there now.
