[BBLISA] Where to dispose of UPS batteries

Some of the cities have disposal programs as well.  I know that Somerville has a site where they will take batteries and other hazardous waste.   I believe it is only open to residents, and only on Saturday mornings.
I suspect many other towns have similar things.
