I have three suggestions:

1) Review your newegg experience here:

Newegg takes their reviews very seriously, and you're likely to get some
satisfaction here.

2) Review the product on newegg.com and state exactly what you wrote in
this email. Newegg often responds to negative reviews.

3) Contact your credit card vendor and contest the charge.
