OK, so it's Monday; the January BBLISA meeting is ~30 hours away. I'm
betting that most of you haven't made plans to attend? Right?

Go on, admit it: You're too busy to come to the meeting.

Do you really want to live your life always being so busy that you can't
do the things you want to do? Do you want to put up with near-constant
interruptions from now until you retire? For once, wouldn't you like to
be able to tell your boss "I'll have that for you on Thursday" and not
have to go to him late Wednesday afternoon and say "um, it's gonna be a
few days late"?

Well have I got a BBLISA meeting for you!

Tom Limoncelli, world-famous author, sysadmin, and political activist
will present "Time Management for System Administrators."

Tom's first book, _The Practice of System and Network Administration_,
is over 700 pages long; his new book, _Time Management for System
Administrators_ (O'Reilly, 0-596-00783-3) is considerably shorter -- but
that's still two more books than most of us have written!

So how does Tom find all this "extra" time?

Well, you could buy his book. Oh, wait, you're too busy to read it. So
come to the BBLISA meeting this Wednesday (January 11, 7:00 p.m.) and
hear Tom himself tell you the high points of the book. Why, I'm betting
that if you listen to what Tom says, you'll have time to read the book
and learn all Tom's tricks.

In fact, if you come to the meeting, I'll personally guarantee that
you'll have more time if you follow his advice; if you don't I'll refund
the cost of admission to the meeting.

The BBLISA web site has full details on Tom's talk:

So be there or be busy!

AdamM

P.S. - BBLISA meeting are free and open to the public.

P.P.S. - There's a possibility Tom will be at Quantum Books (Kendall
Square, less than half a mile from Building E51) on Wednesday
afternoon to sign copies of his new book. I'll post more
	 details if/when I get them.
