Damn! I wish I'd read all of this before I'd hit that send button.
Anyone know a place I can buy cardboard boxes and packing tape?

Okay, everyone take a deep breath and hold it. :)

I agree with almost every response here. Adam *is* dead right of
course but I also understand that "behind closed doors and in the
locker room", some screaming and name calling is going to occur and it
is normal to try and bleed off the steam that situations like this
cause by using some humor and hi jinks. That is partly why I turned to
this group, we understand this, I knew I'd get a few laughs, some
commiseration, and some really good points to use in an effort to
modify the situation. I also figured that doing so in this forum would
spread the education around and we can all be the better for it.

I do believe "It's Not How Much You Know, But How Much You Teach To Others"

With that said, I have to again say (and it pains me) Adam is right,
arguing with a vendor's 'droid is like mud wrestling a pig, you don't
win, you get s*it on you, and the pig has a damn fine time doing it.

Oh yea, you can breath again.

I'm now going to reread all of this thread again and I'll let you know
what I get out of it.

Thanks to everyone for the responses.
