[BBLISA] outbound ports 8080/40443 firewall question

Uhm ok, so does the user have to make a connection to
"http://yoursite:8080" or just "http://yoursite" and the load balancer
pushes it to 8080 or whatever.. It seems very strange that you'd have to
run these on a non-standard port for the load balancer to do its job.
