Something I forgot to mention in my message yesterday . . .

For the past few years I've been the only person booking talks, but it
doesn't have to be that way. In fact, I think it would be *much* better
if several people were all working on it.

Some people have expressed concern about how much time would be required
of them. If you were to commit to booking even *one* speaker per year,
you'd probably spend about four hours on the task. Yes, a mere four
hours per year. Not much, is it?

If twelve people would each commit to booking one speaker per year, the
job would be done.
