The Trouble With DevOps: All Dev, No Ops.

Theme: the immutable core of DevOps is using modern software
development techniques to carry out system, network, and
security operations. All too often, DevOps is a label slapped on
a group of software engineers with little or no operations
experience, and they have to sink or swim like a business
product group without an SME.
