[BBLISA] Live Streaming host recommendation?

Hi all. New England Aquarium is looking for a “reflector” service to
host our live streaming Giant Ocean Tank webcam. We had a deal with
Earthcam to do this but for various reasons had a parting of the ways,
so I’m looking for another firm that could step into the same set-up:
supply an encoder for point-to-point unicast from us to the host, then
stream it to the web at a reasonable monthly cost. Flash video would
be the preferred format. We’d prefer a local or at least
northeast-based firm, though that’s not an absolute requirement. Does
anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!
