[BBLISA] Recommendations for a Domain Registrar?

I've had excellent luck with pairnic.com.  They are clearly not the 
cheapest option, but I actually got a clueful human on the phone within 10 
minutes when I needed to speak to someone urgently.  I was fairly stunned 
by that...
