Umm, why is using sudo such a difficulty?

Its no different that telling people that they have to use a key to
unlock the door to the filing room....  They already know how to file,
they know how to use a door. The fact that the key is actually a keycard
should not require very much training...  

Perhaps a 5 minute orientation with 3 powerpoint slides to say certain
tasks are now privileged. Here is a list of the tasks needing
privileges.  Here is how you request privileges. Here is how you use the
privileges.
