[BBLISA] File Sync software for windows

I am looking for suggestions on file sync software that I can give to my
VP's who travel with laptops.  

I'd like them to have offline sync'ed versions of network folders, and then
(either manually or automatically) sync when they're back on the network.

I am currently using "Make Available Offline" feature of windows, but when
you've got thousands of files in there, this tool works very poorly.

Anybody have any suggestions?  I am open to both free or commercial stuff.
