There is no cloudy history.  And SORBS also lists 198.3.136/21 which has 
been transfered to Av8. Your defense of SORBS is less than credible.

Nonsense. I didn't change anything, "before ARIN became more strict", and

And the real owner is a customer of Av8 and has assigned it to us. It is
disingenous and defamatory to claim otherwise.

The orgname, as you can see, hasn't been changed. The organization, as 
your links show, is still in existance.  And the organization, being a 
customer of Av8 Internet's, certainly hasn't complained to anyone, nor are 
they about to. Their attorney has forwarded me the defamatory letter sent 
"anonymously" by Kai Schlichting, another nutjob.
