the direction of the Core Services Team Lead, the Systems Administrator III has
primary responsibility for the central VMware computing environment in addition
to supporting authentication, networking, data access and other key computing
infrastructure within IT. The ideal
candidate possesses strong server hardware, hypervisor, software and network
technical competencies combined with excellent interpersonal skills and a
willingness to contribute in a team oriented environment, where team members
take care of our clients and each other.
Working with a small team of experienced system administrators, this person
will help to maintain and grow the core infrastructure and computing
environment in a fast-paced, leading scientific research institution.</span></p>
