*        Highly available enterprise database systems. 

*        Multiple datacenters 

*        Implementation, planning, configuration, installation, and
management of Linux hosts resolution of technical problems/malfunctions.

*        24x7 coverage "on-call" periods. 

*        Throughput analysis, problem solving, infrastructure planning 

*        System's performance and fiscal objectives.

 

Qualifications 

*        Structured change management processes for highly available
enterprise database systems. 

*        Unix System Administration experience 

*        VMware, RDP, Unix Distros and Linux 64 bit OS 

*        Building and configuring major Internet host/network

*        Web (http, SSL), Mail (sendmail), DNS, NFS,

*        NIS/NIS+, Automounter, Databases (MySQL), Java and Tomcat. 

*        Enterprise Job scheduling Software
