This job is in my group at MIT. It's a team lead/mgmt role (3 dbas, 2 sys
admins/engineers). Having unix system/app admin skills for hands-on part
of the job is important. An good admin with good team lead/mgmt skills and
interested in mgmt side would be a good fit but mgmt skills are important.
I'm one of the sys admins on the team. A lot of the focus is managing java
middleware. Reply to me (w/ resume) if interested.

                                                           _Mike
