Leading maker of high end home entertainment and automotive electronics is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator to work with other members of our Online Commerce Group's Information Technology team in a highly dynamic, technology oriented environment dedicated to the delivery of web based applications. You'll be responsible for the administration of both Unix and Windows web application and database servers, and including the management of application systems used for the development and testing of web-based applications. In addition to the systems administration responsibility, you will also be responsible for the management of Domain Name registration and DNS services for the internet based applications. 7x24x365 on-call duties will be part of the requirement of this position.

Skills

Familiarity with WebLogic Servers, Windows and Unix (Solaris) operating systems is a must. 4-10 years of experience. Proven ability to learn technical concepts and to apply them to real world situations. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in a demanding 24x7 on-call environment. Must have worked in an internet, preferably e-commerce related, environment.

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
