[BBLISA-announce] Change of speakers for October, November

I just wanted to let know folks that we've swapped the speakers for the
October and November meetings. The new schedule is:

    October 10th:
	"The State of ZFS"
	Peter Galvin

    November 14th:
	"Internet buffer bloat"
	Jim Gettys

All other details remain the same.
